I think that watch TV can relax you when you are tired. Of course, television, in moderation can be a good thing, but sometimes there are people that watch many hours in front the TV is bad for them. Because the TV can affect your body for example exposure to artificial light can contribute to hyperactivity, loss of vitality, aggression, heart disease, cancer. If you spend too much time in front it everyday you can get these diseases. I read in an article that in a year, the young people spend 900 hours in school and nearly 1,023 hours in front of a TV. It is incredible to read this information but is true. In my opinion the TV is relaxing when I was tired and worried , buy I don’t spend many hours watching TV because I don’t have time and I prefer to read than watch TV and with the reading can learn something better than the TV. And the TV only teaches to have bad habits for example to buy cigarettes or drink alcohol. The TV also has TV shows interesting that can teach you something good.
People who watch a lot of TV change their behaviors because the TV has an effect on them. TV is chock full of programs and commercials that often depict risky behaviors such as sex and substance abuse as cool, fun, and exciting. It is good to watch TV but with moderation.
